Roll out your dough to the right thickness – for pizza, pasta, cake, fondant and more
Simply select the appropriate spacer discs and easily roll the dough evenly to a thickness of 2, 3 or 5 mm.
For a non-stick surface: Fill the rolling pin with warm water (e.g. for yeast dough) or cold water (e.g. for short pastry), close it and roll out the dough – it doesn’t stick!
No extra flour necessary!

With measurement indicators for the required dough size
- You can also use it without the spacer for rolling out dough on a baking tray
