Delivery
Delivery within German borders will be carried out by DHL. Unless stated in the product description, all offered items are ready for immediate transit.

Delivery to foreign countries
We also ship to foreign countries, but only against cash in advance, PayPal or credit card. Please note that you will be responsible for any incurred costs of the payment transfer. Should your delivery take place in non-EU countries, you will have to arrange all tax claims by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for customs, export declarations etc. Please note that due to high bank charges, we cannot accept foreign cheques.

Delivery time
Your order will be processed directly after reception. We are permanently working on improving our logistics to even shorten delivery times. We are engaged to dispatch goods that have been ordered until 1:30 p. m. on the same day. Duration of international deliveries may vary depending on the country of destination. 

Mode of Dispatch
All products from our range will be sent via postal mail or courier such as DHL. For larger quantities, we will contract a forwarding agency for shipment. 

Delivery charges
Germany: € 3.95
Orders exceeding € 20 will be dispatched free of charge within Germany
Cash on delivery (only possible within Germany): € 9.50 

European countries:

The shipping costs will be shown after selecting your country.

Non-European countries:
The shipping costs will be shown after selecting your country. 

Important note
Despite our best efforts, items may be damaged during transit. Should this be the case, we will naturally refund the damaged product free of charge. Any complaints regarding damage caused in transit must be reported immediately on receipt to the delivery agent. Afterwards please inform us about the transport damages. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit, Paypal, purchase on account or instant bank transfer.

The amount will be debited from your PayPal account as soon as you have made the payment.
