How does it work? The body of the Tri-Ply Pan is made of the three-layer material "stainless steel – aluminium core – stainless steel". This combination of materials ensures that the cookware heats up quickly and that heat is distributed perfectly and evenly from the base of the pan to the rim. In the final production step, the pan is non-stick coated. This is a 100 % indestructible inner base coating that can even withstand metal kitchen utensils. The reason for this is the special Silverstar® non-stick coating with a raised star structure made of stainless steel. The filigree structure means that you can sear your steak or grilled vegetables hot and at high temperatures, just like in a classic stainless steel pan.
