A valid Facebook/Instagram account is required to participate. However, there is no connection whatsoever to Facebook/Instagram.
By entering, you expressly accept the terms and conditions. Participation in the competition is subject to the following conditions:
1. Participation
Any natural person who is at least 14 years old, has a Facebook/Instagram account, is resident in Europe and agrees to these terms and conditions is eligible to enter. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative or legal guardian is required. This is confirmed by accepting the conditions of participation. By commenting under the competition post, the participant confirms his/her agreement with these conditions. In addition, by entering, the entrant consents to the publication of the fact of their win on the Stoneline Facebook page or the Stoneline Instagram channel by means of an appropriate winner notice in accordance with clause 4 of these terms and conditions.
2. Exclusion of certain persons
If a participant violates these terms and conditions or provides false information, Warimex GmbH reserves the right to exclude this participant from the competition. Participation is possible several times.
3. Procedure and implementation of the promotion
In order to participate in our Advent calendar raffles, you must fulfil the conditions defined in the respective entry.
The Advent Calendar will take place from 01.12.2022 to 24.12.2022 inclusive. Each advent calendar raffle is valid for 24 hours, unless otherwise stated. Comments/contributions received after this time will not be taken into account in the draw.
4. Draw
A winner will be drawn from among all participants who have fulfilled the conditions set out in the relevant entry within the period specified in clause 3. The winner will be notified by Warimex GmbH by direct message of the fact of his/her win. The announcement of the winner will be made without any guarantee. If the winner of the main prize does not respond within four weeks, the claim to the prize shall lapse. The prizes will not be paid out in cash as an alternative. Winning claims are not transferable to other persons.
5. Prize
The prizes of the respective Advent Calendar Türchen will be named in the entry.
6. Other
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Warimex GmbH are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. Warimex GmbH reserves the right to change the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons (e.g. the terms and conditions of participation) or to terminate the competition if, due to fraud, technical reasons or other reasons beyond the control of Warimex GmbH, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. Participants may not derive any claims from this. If an interruption or termination is due to the behaviour of a participant, the organiser is entitled to demand compensation from this participant for the resulting damage.

This competition has no connection with Facebook/Instagram and is in no way supported or organised by Facebook/Instagram and does not give rise to any legal claims against Facebook/Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook/Instagram, but Warimex GmbH. Information on data protection can be found on the left in the menu under “Information“. Warimex GmbH is exclusively responsible for the organisation and implementation of this competition.
