For the Zucchini Fritters

Preparation
Prepare the Zucchini Fritters
1. Place the grated zucchini in a kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess water.
2. In a bowl, mix the zucchini with flour, eggs, cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs until you have a homogeneous mixture.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the pan and fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Prepare the Yogurt Dip
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
Serve
1. Serve the zucchini fritters warm with the yogurt dip. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!
