Start your day with a healthy and delicious tomato-feta omelette, perfect for a quick breakfast. Prepared in the STONELINE® frying pan without any added fat, this omelette is fluffy and golden brown, while the feta and tomatoes offer a wonderful flavor combination.

Tomato-Feta Omelette
Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the STONELINE® frying pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chopped onion and sauté briefly until soft.
Add the diced tomatoes and sauté for about 2 minutes. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
Cook the omelette over medium heat without stirring until the edges start to set. Carefully lift the edges with a spatula and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Repeat this process until the omelette is almost fully set.
Sprinkle the omelette with fresh herbs and fold it in half. Cook for another minute until the feta is slightly melted and the omelette is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the finished omelette immediately, ideally with a slice of whole grain bread and a fresh salad.

Bin gerade am Abnehmen und hab nach einer gesunden und leckeren Alternative fürs Frühstück gesucht. Das Tomaten-Feta-Omelette ist dafür echt perfekt! Was ich besonders cool finde: Du brauchst kein Öl in der Pfanne, also nochmal extra healthy. Schmeckt super und ist voll easy zu machen – genau das Richtige für einen gesunden Start in den Tag!
