500 g fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
250 g mascarpone
200 ml heavy cream
100 g powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
200 g ladyfingers
150 ml strawberry or fruit juice (or a splash of sparkling wine for a festive touch)
1 Teaspoon(s) fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Prepare the Strawberries

1. Slice the strawberries thinly on the STONELINE thawing and cutting board with juice groove. The integrated groove prevents juice from spilling onto your workspace. Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl and gently mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Set aside to let the strawberries release some juice.

Prepare the Mascarpone Cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until you get a creamy, airy consistency.

💡 Tip: Using non-slip bowls helps provide stability while mixing and whipping.

Soak the Ladyfingers

1. Pour strawberry or fruit juice (or sparkling wine for a festive twist) into a shallow AWAVE storage container. Dip the ladyfingers one by one, briefly, so they don’t become too soggy.

☕ Optional: For a more intense flavor, you can also prepare espresso using the STONELINE espresso maker and use that as the soaking liquid.

Layer the Tiramisu

1. Layer the soaked ladyfingers on the bottom of the STONELINE borosilicate glass baking dish. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top, then add a layer of the marinated strawberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used up — finishing with a cream layer on top.

Chill & Serve

1. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For serving, present the tiramisu stylishly on the STONELINE rotating serving plate — perfect for buffets, garden parties, or coffee tables. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
