For the Salmon

4 Salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into small pieces)
1 Pinch(es) Salt and pepper
1 Lemon (sliced)
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

For the Lemon Sauce

1 Lemon (juice and zest)
200 ml Cream
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1 Garlic clove (chopped)
1 Pinch(es) Salt and pepper

For the Rice

200 g Long-grain rice
400 ml Water
1 Pinch(es) Salt

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 10 min
  • Cooking time: 25 min
  • Total time: 35 min

Preparation

1. Rinse the rice in a sieve under running water until the water runs clear. Bring the rice to a boil in a pot with 400 ml water and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer the rice on low heat for about 15 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in the front half of the STONELINE® Half-and-Half Pan. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sear them along with the lemon slices. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

In the rear half of the pan, melt the butter and add the chopped garlic. Sauté briefly, then add the lemon juice and zest. Stir in the cream and simmer the sauce over medium heat until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the rice on plates, place the salmon fillets on top, and drizzle with the lemon sauce.

Lecker!

Der Lachs mit Zitronensauce und Reis ist mega lecker und perfekt für den Sommer! Ich hab mir extra die Pfanne dafür geholt, und das Ding ist echt der Hammer. Die 2 Fächer sind super praktisch, spart mir richtig viel Zeit, Platz (hab nur eine Herdplatte), und weniger Abwasch ist auch nice. Für Studenten echt ein Lifehack und das Gericht ist schnell gemacht und schmeckt top!

Einfach und lecker

Ich war begeistert von diesem Gericht! Es war nicht nur einfach zuzubereiten, sondern auch extrem lecker. Der Geschmack von Lachs und Zitrone harmoniert perfekt und die Zubereitungszeit ist ideal für ein schnelles und gesundes Abendessen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Parfait pour l'été

Trop fan de cette recette ! Le saumon était top et la sauce citron super rafraîchissante. Le riz allait trop bien avec. Facile à préparer, idéal pour les soirées d'été. Je la refais direct !

Perfektes Sommerabendessen

Dieses Rezept ist einfach perfekt für ein leichtes Sommerabendessen! Der Lachs war unglaublich zart und die Zitronensauce hat eine erfrischende Note hinzugefügt. Der Reis war eine ideale Beilage, die das Gericht wunderbar ergänzt hat. Ich werde es definitiv wieder machen!
