500 g gnocchi (fresh or refrigerated)

400 g canned diced tomatoes

150 g feta cheese, cubed

1 onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

200 ml vegetable broth

100 ml cream or plant-based alternative

2 Tablespoon(s) olive oil

1 Teaspoon(s) dried oregano

Fresh basil for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make the One-Pot Gnocchi

1. Heat the STONELINE® cast aluminum pot over medium heat and add the olive oil.

2. Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent to release their full aroma.

3. Add the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cream, and oregano to the pot and stir well.

4. Add the gnocchi and cook them in the sauce until tender (about 12–15 minutes), stirring occasionally to prevent sticking – the excellent non-stick coating of your STONELINE® pot makes this easy.

5. Shortly before finishing, stir in the cubed feta so it melts slightly and the sauce becomes wonderfully creamy.

6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
