200 g strawberries, pureed
2 Tablespoon(s) sugar
100 g white chocolate, grated
3 wafers (for the "spaghetti ice cream effect")
1 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice

Prepare the Strawberry Sauce🍓

1. In a small pot, heat the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until soft and a thick sauce forms. You can add more sugar depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Prepare the Vanilla Ice Cream🍦

1. Let the vanilla ice cream soften slightly at room temperature so it can be processed more easily. If you’re using lactose-free ice cream, make sure to stir it well so it has a creamy consistency.
