Ingredients

For the Lava Cake

150 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
70 g sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
50 g flour
1 pinch of salt
Butter and flour for greasing the ramekins

For the Vanilla Ice Cream

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (best homemade or high-quality store-bought ice cream)

For the Hot Raspberries

200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
2 Tablespoon(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice

Preparation

Prepare the Lava Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and grease 4 ramekins with butter, then dust them with flour.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir regularly until the chocolate is completely melted.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and pale.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and gently stir.
5. Add the flour and a pinch of salt, and stir everything together until smooth.
6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still molten.

Prepare the Hot Raspberries

1. Place the raspberries in a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until the raspberries are soft and a syrup forms.
2. Remove the raspberries from heat and set aside while the lava cakes finish baking.

Serve

1. Remove the lava cakes from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes. Carefully turn them out onto plates and serve immediately.
2. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each lava cake and drizzle with the hot raspberries.
3. Serve the dessert immediately and enjoy the warm chocolate core, cold ice cream, and fruity raspberries.

Zum ersten Mal gemacht und es war sehr einfach zuzubereiten und besonders gut hat mir gefallen das der Schokoladenkern perfekt funktioniert hat (er lief beim anschneiden wunderbar aus)
