For the Burger Sauce

120 g mayonnaise (preferably low in lactose)
3 Tablespoon(s) ketchup
1 Tablespoon(s) mustard (medium hot)
1 Tablespoon(s) pickled cucumber, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) honey or maple syrup
1 Teaspoon(s) apple cider vinegar
0.5 Teaspoon(s) sweet paprika powder
0.5 Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the Ingredients

1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.

Add Pickles and Spices

1. Stir in the finely chopped pickled cucumbers, honey, apple cider vinegar, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill and Let It Sit

1. Store the sauce in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.

Serve

1. Generously spread the burger sauce on your freshly grilled burgers or serve as a dip for fries and grilled vegetables. The sauce pairs perfectly with any grill pan or grill plate.
