Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

2 apples, peeled and diced
1 Cup(s) oat flour
1 Cup(s) milk (or plant-based milk)
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 Tablespoon(s) honey or maple syrup
A pinch of salt
2 Tablespoon(s) oil or butter (for frying)
Fresh apple slices and cinnamon sticks (for decoration, optional)

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

1. In a bowl, combine the apples, oat flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, honey, and salt until a homogeneous batter forms.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add some oil or butter.
3. For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter into the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve the pancakes warm, decorating them with fresh apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
