In the fourth part of our Summer Cocktail Series, we focus on a true classic: the Mojito. This refreshing cocktail originally comes from Cuba and has established itself as one of the most popular summer drinks worldwide. The combination of fresh mint, lime, and a hint of sweetness makes the Mojito an ideal companion for warm summer evenings.
Ingredients
Classic Mojito

white rum (for the alcoholic version)

mineral water or soda
Juice of 4 limes

tablespoons brown sugar

bunches of fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Lime slices and mint leaves on a fruit skewer
Preparation
Classic Mojito
1.
Pour the freshly squeezed lime juice and brown sugar into the STONELINE glass carafe (1 liter) and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the fresh mint leaves and gently press them to release the flavors.
3.
For the alcoholic version, add the white rum and stir well.
4.
Fill the carafe with mineral water or soda and stir everything well.
5.
Prepare the fruit skewer with lime slices and additional mint leaves and place it in the carafe.
6.
Fill the carafe with ice cubes to enjoy the Mojito well chilled.
7.
