Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Unroll the tart dough, place it in a tart pan, and reinforce the edges. Cream the butter with a hand mixer, then gradually add sugar and eggs, continuing to mix. Stir in the remaining sugar and almonds. Spread this butter mixture over the tart dough. Toss the apple slices with cinnamon and sugar and arrange them in a fan shape on the filling. Bake on the lowest rack for 35-40 minutes. After baking, warm the apricot jam with a little water and brush the tart with it.
