This braising pan has an extra high rim of 7.6 cm and is perfect for all frying and braising dishes! With over 4 liters capacity, the pan can also be used for dishes that need a little more space.

The glass lid platinum silicone lip rests directly on the cookware edge. Thus, energy is saved and there are no clanging noises when cooking. The platinum silicone rim protects the surface of the pots and pans and makes the glass lid more resistant to breakage. The lid knob does not get hot, which protects your fingers from burns.

Thanks to the special STONELINE® non-stick coating, your food can be prepared - as desired - with or without frying fat and oil and can be removed from the cookware completely without sticking.

Cleaning and maintenance tips:

Before first use, we recommend that you thoroughly wash your cookware or bakeware with a little water and a mild dishwashing liquid. Then, spread a few drops of cooking oil on the coating with a paper kitchen towel.
For further use, you can do without the use of grease or oil!
Thanks to the Easy-Clean effect, cleaning by hand is recommended. Simply wipe out with hot water, hand dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
