The STONELINE® FUTURE casserole dish has an extra-high edge and is perfect for all fried and casserole dishes that require a little more space. The desired ingredients can be fried in it first, which develops a wonderful roasted flavor. In a further step, the actual “braising” begins, whereby liquid is added to the food and it is allowed to simmer slowly and over a longer period of time. Whether it's a ragout, goulash, roast beef, Asian stir-fry or simply an XXL portion of fried vegetables – the casserole dish is the all-rounder among pans and should find a place in every kitchen!

What makes the FUTURE line from STONELINE so special is, first and foremost, the lid with its fine and coarse sieve function, which makes an additional kitchen sieve and bowls superfluous. Equally noteworthy is the absolutely practical holder for the lid: this is located on the edge of the pots and pans in this series. The lid can be placed in it very comfortably, so that excess liquid simply flows back into the pan. This means that sauce or water dripping onto the worktop when the lid is removed is a thing of the past. Two practical pouring notches make it easier to pour liquids and food cleanly.

Cleaning and care tips:

Before using for the first time, we recommend thoroughly washing the cooking or baking utensil with a little water and a mild detergent. Then use a paper towel to spread a few drops of cooking oil over the coating. You can dispense with the use of fat or oil during further use! Thanks to the Easy-Clean effect, manual cleaning is recommended. Simply wipe out with hot water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge.
