Forged aluminium pans, refined with real copper particles – Best heat conduction, unbeatable non-stick properties, precise frying!
Copper was and still is regarded as the pan material with the best heat conduction, passing on even the smallest temperature changes to your food immediately. At last, the most modern production processes have made it possible to develop a copper coating that combines all the good copper properties and, in combination with aluminium, heralds a new cooking era.
The patented copper coating of Copper Star cookware is applied to the very robust aluminium pan bodies, making these pots and pans scratch-resistant and suitable for all types of stoves. The pots and pans of the Copper Star line react immediately to temperature changes. This makes copper cookware ideal for delicate ingredients such as fish, poultry and white meat as well as vegetables and egg dishes. In addition, you save on energy costs and cooking time.
Copper Star cookware convinces not only with its noble workmanship and the harmonic interplay of copper and stainless steel handles, but also with its excellent non-stick properties and the simple cleaning.
