You will love this unique and versatile cast aluminum roaster! The specially designed lid of this roaster is equipped with prongs and has a domed lid shape. 
Through the resulting self-moistening cycle, you get a crispy and juicy result, as your food is continuously moistened during the cooking process. This so-called aroma rain keeps the food from drying out, gently cooks your food and enhances the natural flavor of the food itself. 
The air circulation system inside the roaster ensures a homogeneous air flow in the cast aluminum body, which optimally heats the food and saves energy.
The cast aluminum body guarantees long heat retention and efficient cooking. 
The STONELINE® roasters convince with comfortable handling, as they have a lighter weight compared to the extremely heavy cast iron roasters.

Cleaning and care: 

Before using for the first time, we recommend that you thoroughly rinse your cookware or bakeware with a little water and a mild dishwashing liquid. Then, spread a few drops of cooking oil on the coating with a paper kitchen towel.
For further use, you can do without the use of grease or oil! 
Thanks to the easy-clean effect, cleaning by hand is recommended. Simply wipe out with hot water, hand dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
